Tobie's

There is a demand for a place where families can escape - together. Tobie's is currently a concept that Polly is determined to develop. The vision is to create a place where families can holiday together, but have seperate holiday experiences.

The hotel will have a multi-sensory focus, with a variety of multi-sensory rooms (and hydrotherapy pool) to provide the person with a disability fun therapy during their stay. It will also have a touch of luxury, providing everyone with a sense of really being on holiday whilst catering to everyone's needs. Parents or main caregivers can relax and holiday, knowing that their person is enjoying their time, and if everyone needs to catch up and check in with each other then why not meet for. breakfast, lunch or dinner!

Another part of the vision is to create a farm to table restaurant that will provide local, sustainable ingredients. We want to have people with a disability as a part of the business, working (paid!!) and developing skills to fulfil their potential. 

At the moment this concept is in the VERY early days of being conceived. We are currently in the process of developing this concept further so that we can find a way to make this a reality!
